REIT Manager - Management Team
Ms Eu is responsible for FHT's overall business, investment and operational strategies. She was previously the Chief Investment Officer of Frasers Hospitality Pte. Ltd. from April 2011 where she was responsible for business development and investments relating to the hospitality division of Frasers Centrepoint Limited group of companies and for setting strategic directions for the division together with the division’s Chief Executive Officer.
From July 2010 to March 2011, she was the Senior Vice President of the Asset-Backed Securitisation team of DBS Bank Ltd., where she was responsible for origination and listing of real estate investment trusts and business trusts in Singapore. She was the Vice President and Assistant Vice President of the Asset-Backed Securitisation team of DBS Bank Ltd. from July 2006 to June 2010 and June 2005 to June 2006, respectively. During her stint with the Asset-Backed Securitisation team at DBS Bank Ltd., she was involved in project management of various initial public offerings (“IPO”) and secondary fund raising projects, including the IPO of Frasers Centrepoint Trust, the IPO of Pacific Shipping Trust, the re-capitalisation of Frasers Commercial Trust via a rights issue and issuance of convertible perpetual preferred units, the IPO of Perennial China Retail Trust, the IPO of Mapletree Industrial Trust and the secondary fund raising of CDL Hospitality Trust.
From February 2004 to June 2005, Ms Eu was a Relationship Manager at DBS Bank Ltd. From July 1999 to June 2003, she held the position of Assistant Vice President with Incofood Management Services Pte Ltd and was responsible for acquisitions of businesses for the Incofood group in Singapore.
Ms Eu holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Financial Analysis from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Ms Lee is responsible for FHT’s financial and capital management. She has 13 years of commercial financial and regional internal audit experience and five years of experience working in the Big Four audit firms.
Prior to her current appointment, Ms Lee was Finance Director at Venture Corporation Limited, responsible for the full spectrum of finance functions for a significant Business Unit with manufacturing plants in Singapore, Malaysia and China. She spent her initial six years in its Shanghai office as Financial Controller. In this capacity, she built up the local finance team’s capabilities and provided operational and strategic support to the General Manager. Ms Lee also led audit and non-audit engagements with exposure to different industries during her five years in the Big Four audit firms, where she had experience in the Business Consulting practice and Transactional Advisory Services team for IPO engagements.
Ms Lee holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore.
Mr Low is responsible for identifying and evaluating potential acquisitions of hotels and serviced residences, and for related investments and divestments. He was previously Director of Business Development with Frasers Hospitality Pte. Ltd. from October 2011 to November 2013, where he was responsible for Frasers Hospitality's overall expansion across Asia-Pacific.
From April 2011 to September 2011, Mr Low was Senior Manager in Regional Investments and Asset Management of CapitaLand Mall Asia Limited, where he was responsible for evaluating potential investment deals. From September 2008 to December 2010, he was an Investment Manager with AIG Global Real Estate Investment (Asia) LLC.
From April 2005 to August 2008, Mr Low was with The Ascott Limited, where his last held position was Director of Business Development. From August 2001 to April 2005, Mr Low was with United Overseas Bank where his last held position was Assistant Vice President in the Corporate Banking division.
Mr Low holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Honours) degree in Economics from National University of Singapore.
Mr Rohner is responsible for the asset management of FHT’s portfolio. His role includes working with the hotel management teams to optimise and improve overall operating performance as well as identifying and executing asset enhancement initiatives that will have an accretive effect on the cash flows generated by the properties.
Prior to his current appointment, Mr Rohner was Vice President, Finance, at Shangri-La Asia Ltd, in charge of acquisitions and asset management of the group’s owned hotel portfolio. During his time with Shangri-La, he actively asset managed the group’s key hotel properties in Asia Pacific and Europe, and completed hotel and land acquisitions in Australia, Hong Kong, Italy and Mauritius totalling over USD800 million.
Mr Rohner joined Shangri-La from Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (“GIC”), where he worked in both its London and Singapore offices. He was responsible for the asset management of the fund’s hotel properties in Europe, Japan and Australia, and for debt investments and restructurings in Japan. Prior to GIC, Mr Rohner held corporate positions in revenue management and strategic marketing at Hyatt Hotels & Resorts in Chicago and Lausanne.
Mr Rohner holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne (Honours) and a Master of Business Administration degree from INSEAD.
Ms Leng is the key point of contact for the investment community and the media. She is responsible for creating and presenting a consistently applied investment message to the investment community on behalf of FHT, and for monitoring and presenting to management the opinions of the investment community regarding the REIT’s performance.
Prior to her current appointment, Ms Leng was with SATS for eight years. In her capacity as Vice President, Corporate Relations, she was responsible for its investor relations and corporate communications functions. She worked closely with its senior management to develop the group’s messaging and communication strategies.
Ms Leng has also assumed investor relations positions in various listed companies including The Ascott Group Limited (before it was privatised), Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd and SembCorp Industries Ltd.
Ms Leng holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the National University of Singapore.
